This is a dual role that combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on mechanical work, requiring a professional with at least 5 years’ experience in a Workshop Controller or similar leadership role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance, overseeing productivity, and ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the workshop.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations on the workshop floor.
• Perform diagnostic checks, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on articulated trailers.
• Assign and schedule work effectively across the team.
• Monitor and improve productivity levels and workshop KPls.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Coordinate vehicle workflow and ensure accurate job tracking.
