• No need to be a bike expert—full on-the-job training provided with our bicycle academy program
• Responsible for building, servicing, and repairing bikes to a high standard of safety and quality.
• Assisting customers with technical enquiries and providing support to the retail team by recommending suitable products and services.
• Managing workshop booking system and keeping customers informed about their bookings
