MECHANIC HELPER/APPRENTICE

Located in Rimbey Alberta, Frontline Compression Services Inc., is a locally owned and operated company with experienced Mechanics, Parts, & Service staff who have been servicing the Oil & Gas Industry since 2003.
We are seeking Mechanic Helpers/ Heavy Equipment Tech. Apprentices (1st, 2nd, 3rd year).

The Mechanic Helper/Apprentice shall provide assistance to the Mechanic while working on engine compressor (Wauk, Cat, Cummins), gensets, and pumpjacks. This is a field and shop position.
Experience & Skills:
-Valid class 5 license; less than 6 demerit points and no suspensions
-Physically fit - heavy lift required
-Industry experience is an asset
-Effective interpersonal skills (spoken and written communication)
-Experience working on Waukesha, Cat, White Superior, Arrow,
Pumpjacks, Reciprocating & Screw Compressors is an asset but not required.
