Job Duties Prepare aero engine components for refurbishing procedures by performing various jobs such as Blasting, masking and Cleaning with appropriate cleaning agents, as per engine manual requirements Carry out refurbishing procedures to install a layer of protective coating onto components Prepare water-based, oil-based or epoxy paints to be utilized for the painting process Perform spray painting in designated paint booth using the Personal Protective Equipment Use of industrial ovens to bake parts after painting process has been completed Meet tight and demanding repair production, schedule and delivery commitments Ensure the correct use of approved tools and equipment for repair work Ensure that overhaul and repair activities are carried out in accordance with engine manuals, approved technical data, and regulatory requirements Document all work accomplished in inspection/router paperwork Read updates on maintenance manuals, service bulletins, other specifications and regulatory requirements to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Ensure due care, proper handling and maintenance of company's tooling, equipment and facilities Performs general facility and equipment maintenance including 6s housekeeping Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety, and environmental management practices. Requirements At least 2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace painting within an MRO environment Proficient in operating painting equipment such as spray guns and sanders. Knowledge of the various coating systems and materials used in aerospace applications. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards, including CAAS and international aviation safety standards (FAA, EASA). Attention to detail and quality control, with a focus on precision in all painting work.
