As a Mechanic, you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.

What you’ll do :

• Inspect engine modules and engine components.
• Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality

• Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracyObserve all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations

Position Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Successful completion of TOWES (Test of Workplace Essential Skills) which will be facilitated and paid for by StandardAero (Red Seal Journeypersons excluded). – WINNIPEG

• Preferred Characteristics
  FAA Power plant certification considered an asset.
