Description

Overview Full time 40 hours/week | Mon-Fri, Flexible hours Respond to alarms and emergencies with appropriate actions. Communicates and works with all departments in performing routine work in the facility. Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school education or equivalent. Must have minimum four years experience in general maintenance (prefer in hospital setting) working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electro-mechanical systems. Education in related field can substitute for experience. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Non-Frequent Driver Licensure/Certification/Registration: A valid Florida drivers license.
