This independent garage, known for its high-quality work and excellent customer service, is seeking an experienced mechanic to become an integral part of their team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic or vehicle technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Level 3 qualification in the automotive field or time served
- Valid driver’s license.
- MOT Tester License (Preferred not essential)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a mechanic at our clients garage, your role goes beyond just fixing cars. It’s about taking ownership of each vehicle that comes through the door. You’ll be diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and performing routine maintenance, all while ensuring that the highest standards of safety and quality are met. The beauty of working within this garage setting is the variety, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a range of vehicles, from everyday family cars to more complex models, giving you the opportunity to continually expand your skill set.
KEY DUTIES:
- Conduct diagnostic checks and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard,
- Communicate with customers when needed, providing clear and honest advice.
