JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety standards. A commitment to customer service is essential as you will be interacting with clients to discuss their vehicle needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools
• Ability to assemble components accurately according to specifications.
• Excellent customer service skills
• A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and technologies

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and assembly tasks.
• Carry out equipment repair and maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean , tidy and organised work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their vehicle repairs and maintenance needs.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle parts or equipment as needed.
