As a Mechanic I, you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines. What you’ll do: Inspect engine modules and engine components. Perform Mechanical/Chemical Cleaning of components, where needed Perform basic engine components and parts removal Perform basic engine component repair Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety and environmental management Position Requirements Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
