We're looking for a Mechanic to join our Queenstown Workshop team on a full-time permanent basis. If you have solid automotive experience, are passionate about working with light commercial vehicles, and want to contribute to keeping our motorhomes in top condition, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Service vehicles to meet COF safety and mechanical standards. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair major components. Dismantle, repair, and reassemble parts to a high-quality standard. Ensure vehicle issues are escalated correctly and in a timely manner. Use company-provided scan tools to diagnose and test parts. Fill out warranty paperwork when necessary. Participate in the thl Health and Safety system. Assist with maintaining a tidy and organised workshop environment. Perform other duties as required. Key Requirements: Full Driver's Licence. NZ Level 3 or 4 automotive qualification, or the equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience in vehicle maintenance. Wheel alignment experience (preferred, not essential). Experience with Mercedes Benz, Iveco, Fiat, and Ford light commercial vehicles (advantageous). Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. A willingness to learn and grow in motorhome maintenance. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Must supply own tool kit.
