About the role: We are looking for 2 Mechanic’s, to which you’ll play a key role in ensuring our vehicles meet RV Super Centre quality, safety and presentation standards. You’ll inspect, diagnose, service and repair RVs and motorhomes, helping deliver safe, reliable and comfortable experiences for our customers. What you’ll be doing: Inspect, diagnose, service and repair RVs and motorhomes to a high standard. Carry out mechanical, electrical and exterior repairs across a range of vehicle types. Complete preventative maintenance, quality checks and test drives where required. Accurately record workflows, parts and labour using workshop systems such as Pentana. Support vehicle preparation, branch upkeep, refuelling and customer handovers when needed. Work safely and actively contribute to a strong health and safety culture. Support team members with training and upskilling where required. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 7am-5pm. About you: You’re a practical, reliable and detail-focused mechanic who enjoys hands-on work and problem solving. You take pride in quality workmanship, work well in a team and can stay calm and organised in a busy workshop environment. A relevant NZ Level 3 trade qualification or equivalent international automotive certification (NZQF level 4 qualification, or AQF IV OR III certificate with at least two years’ experience with on-the-job training). A full driver’s licence. Automotive industry experience, minimum 3–5 years post-apprenticeship. Strong diagnostic, mechanical and repair skills. Confidence in using workshop systems and diagnostic tools. Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. A team-focused attitude and clear communication skills. A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Previous RV mechanic or similar trade experience is valued, but not essential. Why join us?
