Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

£19.00-£20.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of building services systems, including electrical plant and Legionella control.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Proven experience in building services maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

• Planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems
• Electrical plant inspections, fault-finding, and repairs
• Legionella monitoring and control activities
• Ensuring accurate CAFM and paperwork completion
• Working independently, as part of a team, or overseeing subcontractors
