Responsible for the performance of the Mechanical equipment in the ALV South area, this role ensures continual gas supply to the customer by strictly adhering to all Safety standards and the AL IMS to maintain a zero-accident environment. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Safety and IMS (Industrial Management System) Maintain a zero-accident workplace by strictly adhering to the Job Order / Work Permit system and all legal safety regulations (Workplace Safety & Health Act). Ensure the facility operates safely, reliably, and efficiently through the full deployment of the company's IMS. Conduct work-related risk assessments and actively promote safety among workers. Establish, review, and update mechanical maintenance SOPs, ensuring they align with the IMS program. Be responsible for the mechanical portion of all quality and safety audits. Maintenance Activity Management Hold ownership of all mechanical equipment (static and rotating) across the production Plant and Onsite sites. Plan and execute scheduled maintenance programs and manage equipment upgrading projects. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the allocated budget. Accurately record and maintain all maintenance activities and records in the CMMS (MAXIMO, CIS). Define, maintain, and ensure the availability of critical spare parts. Coordinate technical work, problem analysis, and service contracts with vendors and suppliers. Build the overall mechanical jobs planning for Shutdowns and Turn-Arounds. Verify and follow up on predictive maintenance results to plan corrective actions before equipment failure. Maintenance Planning Management Manage the yearly maintenance budget for each section and control all expenses across all assigned ALV Plants. Ensure the maintenance program is consistent and aligned with the overarching maintenance strategy. Optimize maintenance planning (resources and parts), challenge backlogs, and set recovery plans. Update and optimize WO planning under the CMMS and issue/analyze maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Coordinate follow-up of static equipment maintenance and manage legal documentation related to compliance. Act as the key point of contact for maintenance processes with the internal Cluster ID team. Reliability Management Participate in the investigation and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of reliability incidents in cooperation with facility teams and experts. Follow up on and ensure the completion of all mitigation action plans resulting from investigations. Capitalize on learning from reliability incidents to prevent recurrence and improve equipment performance. Training & Qualification Complete all mandatory individual and company training plans and qualification requirements on time. Ensure compliance with all legal training requirements for the team. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field. Minimum of 2 years of mechanical/planning engineering relevant experience in the petrochemical, oil and gas or related industry.
