Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial plumbing and mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently with support from Project Executives.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the estimating team for seamless project transitions.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or as an assistant project manager in a mechanical contracting environment.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage projects for at least two years for those applying for a lead PM role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical and plumbing systems.
