tels que des couples, des boutons-pression, des étriers et des micromètres, et devront interpréter des dessins en français et en anglais, y compris des dessins 3D dans un logiciel de CAO. Les assembleurs traiteront également les courriels et utiliseront les applications Microsoft Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to work on various satellite components. You will have the opportunity to work with both large and small satellite parts, including antennas, payloads, motors, and panels. The role involves using a variety of tools and interpreting drawings in both French and English, sometimes requiring the use of 3D CAD software.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in mechanical assembly and reading blueprints or schematics.
  • Experience with mechanical tools such as torque tools, calipers, micrometers, and allen keys.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings in French and English.
  • Competency in using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in mechanical engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or DEP in mechanical/structural assembly or car mechanics.
  • Experience with CAD drawings and GD&T terminology and concepts.
  • Fluency in spoken French.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Canada.
