Job Description Summary The Gas Turbine Assembler is responsible for the accurate and safe assembly, disassembly, and inspection of gas turbine components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures. The assembler works collaboratively with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and delivery requirements. Job Description Role Summary / Purpose: Assemble equipment components and modules according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, feeler gauges) to verify tolerances and clearances Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly procedures Follow documented processes for bolting, torquing, alignment, and fit-up of components Perform component inspections and document results in accordance with quality and traceability requirements Identify, report, and help resolve non-conformances or assembly issues Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including lifting, rigging, and handling of heavy or sensitive components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S or site standards Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and other technicians to ensure correct assembly and schedule adherence Support disassembly, inspection, and reassembly activities during overhauls and repairs Complete required documentation, checklists, and electronic records accurately and on time Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery Comply with all company policies, environmental regulations, and regulatory requirements Qualifications / Requirements: Technical background in mechanical or electrical assembly Knowledge in manufacturing area Basic computer soft skill. Basic knowledge of English language.
