Position: Mechanical Assembler Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm Pay: $21-$23/hr Summary Join the growing team at EnSight Solutions as a Mechanical Assembler! As part of our dynamic production crew, you’ll play a key role in assembling tank stands and motor components for our stainless steel food processing equipment. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in grinding, polishing, and general fabrication as you support the build and flow of high-quality equipment through our shop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Assemble stainless steel tank stands and motor components for Likwifier systems · Assist with layout, fitting, and basic fabrication tasks · Learn and support grinding and polishing operations as needed · Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively · Maintain a clean and organized work area · Assist with material handling, including moving parts and equipment using forklifts or cranes · Support general shop operations and collaborate with team members to maintain production flow · Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times · Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education · High school diploma or GED preferred Specialized Knowledge and Experience · 3-4 years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred · Forklift experience a plus · Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and basic schematics · Familiarity with hand and power tools · Basic stainless grinding and polishing experience/knowledge is preferred Skills and Abilities · Willingness to learn welding and grinding techniques · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality · Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team · Good communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
