Job Title: Mechanical Assembler -  (Shop-Based) Day & Night Shift Available ---------------------------------------- Overview Apache Workforce is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for multiple industrial manufacturing partners. These roles involve hands-on assembly of mechanical systems, equipment, and components in a production shop environment. This position offers long-term growth potential, including advancement into lead-level roles based on performance and experience. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Be Doing Mechanical Assemblers may be responsible for: * Assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions * Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment to complete assembly tasks * Installing mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, tubing, and hardware * Performing quality checks using measuring, alignment, and torque tools * Identifying and reporting defective materials or inconsistencies * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area * Supporting production flow and assisting other departments as needed * Following all safety procedures and manufacturing standards * Other duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For * 2–5 years of mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred * Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and assembly instructions * Familiarity with mechanical systems, fasteners, and structural components * Experience with measuring tools (torque wrenches, levels, calipers, etc.) * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity * Forklift or material handling experience is a plus * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply ---------------------------------------- Preferred Skills (Not Required) * Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments * Familiarity with P&ID, ISO drawings, or fabrication prints * Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or CAD tools ---------------------------------------- Work Environment Work is performed in an industrial shop environment and may involve: * Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly * Standing, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift * Exposure to non-climate-controlled conditions * Use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection as needed) * Shifts up to 10 hours per day, up to 6 days per week depending on assignment ---------------------------------------- What We Offer * Weekly pay * Access to multiple industrial job opportunities * Long-term placement potential * Career growth opportunities, including lead-level advancement * Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability options (eligibility dependent) * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid time off (for eligible full-time employees) * Safe and team-oriented work environment ---------------------------------------- Pay Range: $17.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience, skill level, and assignment) ---------------------------------------- Equal Opportunity Employer Apache Workforce is an equal opportunity employer and connects qualified candidates with employment opportunities regardless of background.
