Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves building things that matter? We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our production team and help bring our top-quality farm equipment to life. In this role, you’ll be assembling machinery and components using hand tools, power tools, and your keen mechanical eye. You’ll work from engineering drawings and take pride in seeing machines come together—piece by piece—because of you.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Hydraulic hose assembly experience is a strong asset
• Experience mounting tires to wheels is a bonus

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machines/tools
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems preferred)
• Familiar with safety laws, policies, and workplace protocols

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and occasional heat
• Moderate to high noise levels (hearing protection may be required)
• Must be able to stand, crouch, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Vision requirements include near/far sight, peripheral, and depth perception
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in confined spaces
• Shifts may include overtime and rotational scheduling (day/afternoon)
