Job Description This is a hands-on workshop position where you’ll be assembling and fitting engines and mechanical components in a clean, organised environment. No breakdown work No travel required Stable, consistent hours Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Assemble and fit engines and mechanical components Carry out basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs Inspect parts for faults, wear, or damage Assist with general workshop and warehouse tasks Support stock handling, loading/unloading as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all workplace health & safety procedures Qualifications About You This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys workshop-based work and being part of a team. You may have worked as a: Trade Assistant (mechanical/workshop) Light Vehicle or Diesel Mechanic Mechanical Fitter or Assembler Automotive Technician 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice You’ll also: Have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Be reliable, punctual and safety-focused Enjoy practical, hands-on work Be willing to learn and support across the team Work well independently and as part of a team Desirable (Not Essential) Trade qualification (or currently completing apprenticeship) Workshop, assembly, or production experience Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain — training provided) Additional Information Why Join Us?
