QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace and/or defense industry environment with hands on technical experience in testing of navigation and/or radar system assemblies.
  • Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment.
  • Experience with robotic equipment for testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, or high voltage testing and components is highly desired.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER

  • The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, manage more than one job at a time and be flexible with the work as needed.
  • Knowledge of 6 Sigma/ Kaizen

The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks through detailed written work instructions. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is involved with acceptance testing of microelectronic parts. Duties will include the manual bench testing, set up and operate test equipment, input pedigree information on the parts into our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformance’s in FOS for test failures, and perform rework.
Individual will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.
