Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and test electrical hydraulic assemblies according to Columbia specifications. Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly. Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances. Apply and develop basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment. Complete required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Clean up components after assembly according to specifications and verbal or written instructions. Input labor details into EPICOR System (LTS) for cost tracking purposes. Use material handling equipment such as fork-lift and cranes to move parts and components from one work or storage area to another as required. Perform all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area. Practice good housekeeping in work area. Lead commissioning, inspections, troubleshoot and repair of equipment at customer location. Other Duties and Responsibilities Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure. Respectfully takes direction from supervisor or manager. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients. Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client project issues. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Experience and Qualifications 5 + years of industry experience preferred. Licensed Supervising or Limited Supervising Electrician that will allow you to work on low and high voltage (24-600 volts) and supervise and train others to perform the same job without supervision. Elecro-hydraulic experience a plus. PLC programming experience preferred. Ability to test hydraulic and electrical panel designs in-house. Ability to travel as needed.
