JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical BIM Design Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, ensuring accurate design, integration, and compliance with project requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in BIM tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Engineer, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction practices, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and international standards is preferred.

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) using Revit and other BIM software.

• Produce accurate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Review designs for compliance with local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in project coordination meetings, design reviews, and site inspections.
• Maintain project BIM standards and contribute to improving workflows.
