ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team, responsible for delivering high-quality commissioning works on residential apartment developments. This is a hands-on role ensuring apartments are balanced and commissioned in line with design specifications and industry standards. Working closely with the mechanical infrastructure manager and project management team this role would suit someone coming from an “on the tools background” and looking to further their career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commissioning and testing of mechanical systems on new build residential schemes, including:
• Domestic hot and cold-water services
• Heating and cooling systems
• Clean and Dose tertiary systems
• Carrying out functional performance testing in line with commissioning strategy.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and rectifying mechanical system issues during commissioning.
• Work closely with project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with commissioning strategy provide by the Mechanical infrastructure manager
• Accurately fill pre populated test sheets in electronic format (ipad shall be provided).
• Be willing to train the next generation
