Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune Job Description Customer project manager responsible for Fuel injection and Diesel system components Customer project management in the development phase (From Acquisition until SOP) Define and follow-up of project targets (schedule, cost and function) & ensure the Project meets the Goals and metrics set for the year Able to apply Diesel system process and follow PEP process. Comply with standards and procedures in determining the initial feasibility of an awarded project. Interact with cross-functional and multi-national core team comprising of Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management and Logistics team across BOSCH India entities. Able to apply mechanical engineering knowledge in TCD,Specs and Offer drawings. Harmonize the Project/Product requirements by interacting with PjM/OEMs. Initial technical customer requirement analysis in fuel injection system components. Customer TCD, product description creations for fuel injection system components, offer drawing creation and coordination with design and plant colleagues. Responsible for technical evaluation of fuel injection system w.r.t requirement changes and failures. Driving customer projects through Mechanical QG milestones(M_QGC) with adherence to PS-PEP process Planning and monitoring of deadlines/Time schedule Skills required: Knowledge of fuel injection system components with mechanical background Project Management Processes Tools know how on BOM, offer drawing, Project Management (e.g.: MPP), Requirement Management tools (e.g.: DOORS), Management of cost & resources (MCR), Quality tool (One-Q), Super OPL, failure mechanism approach of mechanical components, problem solving (8D & CAR) would be good to have.
