The Role

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager at Sale Group, you will:

• Oversee mechanical installations on commercial fit-out projects.
• Manage project delivery from pre-construction to handover.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Handle budget management and client liaison.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing mechanical fit-out projects (CAT A & B) as a contracts, site, or project manager.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, ductwork, and plumbing systems within commercial buildings.
