QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
· Extensive experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
· Relevant qualifications
· CSR Card
· Full clean driving licence
· Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
· Excellent management skills
· Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
· Happy to go down to Dublin a few days a week for site visits

Responsibilities

The business have a great opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in Warrenpoint with site visits in Dublin. The role will be split between the office and site.
The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time; projects are varied across multiple sectors. Most of their projects are in Dublin, and the role will require regular site visits on a weekly basis. The rest of the time will be spent in the Warrenpoint office carrying out necessary paperwork.
