CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design of conveyor systems, drive components, and material handling equipment.
• Perform engineering calculations, finite element analysis (FEA), and design validation.
• Develop custom client-focused design solutions.
• Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Drive R&D initiatives, prototyping, and iterative design improvements.
• Support operations with jigs, fixtures, tooling, and cost-reduction projects.
• Apply lean manufacturing and DFMA principles.
• Provide input on automation and robotics integration.
• Review and approve structural engineering designs when required.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
