REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of mechanical design experience, with a strong portfolio of projects in the UAE and/or the Gulf region.
• Technical Proficiency in Software Tools:
• Building Information Modeling (BIM): Revit MEP (mandatory).
• Drafting and Design: AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• HVAC Load Calculation: HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), Trace 700, or equivalent.
• Energy and System Simulation: IES VE, DesignBuilder, or equivalent.
• Plumbing & Fire Systems: Elite Fire, Pipe Flow Expert, or similar tools.
• General Analysis: ANSYS, CFD software for airflow and thermal analysis.
• Project Management Tools: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (preferred).
• Knowledge of UAE-specific regulations, including DEWA, ADDC, and DM requirements.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and LEED certification processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic & English (written and verbal).

  Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont

• Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services, in compliance with UAE-specific codes and international standards.
• Prepare and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications using Revit and other engineering software.
• Conduct energy modeling, load calculations, and system simulations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and civil engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into project designs.
• Ensure designs meet UAE regulatory standards, such as DEWA, ADDC, and local municipality requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mechanical engineering technologies, trends, and UAE-specific codes (e.g., UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, ASHRAE, NFPA).
