I am partnering with a World leading Water Engineering and Hydro-geology manufacturer who provide tailored solutions to the Utilities and mining sectors.
The engineering team is looking to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer who will be responsible for the design and development of innovative mechanical solutions for a number of different systems and products.
WILL EXPLORE DRAFTING CANDIDATE PROFILES WITH STRONG SOLIDWORKS EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:
- Produce calculations, simulations and tests in relation to design concepts.
- Perform detailed 2D and 3D Designs using Solidworks.
- Create detailed models, drawings and specifications for packaged pump sets including base plates, pipework and guards.
- Maintain company ERP and MRP systems.
- Format accurate bills of materials (BOM) for the manufacturing purposes.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and fabrication team across the whole product life-cycle.
