Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom automotive accessories using CAD software.
• Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Design products such as roof racks, canopies, drawer systems, roof-top tent mounts, storage boxes, ladders, rear carriers, side steps, skid plates, and custom mounting brackets.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to bring designs from concept to production.
• Develop prototypes, perform testing, and improve designs based on real-world performance.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automotive or fabrication.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation is an advantage.
