Do you have mechanical design experience within an engineering, fabrication or manufacturing environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role within a leading engineering company who are offering hybrid working along with first class training and development opportunities?
Due to continued growth and securing an exclusive long term contract, my client is looking for a design engineer to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility in Portland. The successful applicant will be responsible for discussing, drafting and designing product layouts working to customer requirements and specifications. You will be liaising with the customers as well as the design, projects and manufacturing teams and will use Inventor and AutoCAD to design bespoke, special purpose equipment and products for customers in a range of industries such as defence, construction and manufacturing.
You will be working for an expanding business who have been at the forefront of their industry for over 20 years! Specializing in bespoke, special purpose and state of the art equipment for high profile clients across the globe the business has gone from strength to strength and are looking to expand in multiple departments.
