MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (HVAC & PLUMBING)

Preferred Profile: We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer with 6–8 years of UAE experience, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, and Firefighting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with local codes and design practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• UAE Attested Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
• Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

• Supervise and inspect all site civil activities, including shoring, piling, dewatering, Develop HVAC, chilled water, and plumbing system designs from pre-concept to tender stage.
• Prepare load calculations, schematics, equipment sizing, and detailed layouts.
• Ensure compliance with ADM, Estidama, and Civil Defence requirements.
• Coordinate closely with architects for RCP and wall elevation integration.
• Review and prepare project specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Participate in design workshops and internal coordination meetings.
