It’s time for Keiser to raise the bar once again on Fitness Equipment Designs. Role Description Keiser is looking for very creative individual in the area of Mechanical Design. This is a full-time on-site role located in Fresno, CA. This individual is mainly responsible for creating next level product designs that can out perform our current line of equipment and our competitors. Outstanding creativity and excellent work ethics are required. Strong background in Mechanical Design and Machinery understanding are the foundation of this role. Requirements Qualifications Strong experience and passion in Mechanical Design and Product Design Strong hands-on designing and manufacturing complex mechanical system using all modern machinery Design Analysis and Testing skill is required Good understanding of wide range of Manufacturing Processes is required Good knowledge in computer-aided design (CAD) is preferred Ability to create, modify, and analyze complex models and assemblies using CAD software is preferred but not a must Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Strong attention to details Good written and verbal communication skills Degree in any form of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering will help but not a must Understanding of Product safety and Compliance requirement is a plus Enthusiasm in fitness equipment is a plus FIRST Robotics Experience is valued COMPENSATION Exempt position; Starting Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 annually and negotiable Final compensation will be determined and based on experience This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law Quarterly bonus option for most employees BENEFITS Low premium cost medical and vision coverage for employees, with the option to add family members Employer-paid Dental coverage for employees and family Flexible Spending Account voluntary plan Employer-paid Life Insurance/LTD AFLAC voluntary plans 401k with employer match Paid Time Off (vacation, holiday, sick) Candidates for positions with Keiser Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
