Description
Design, construction and implementation of various mechanical systems with a focus on the design of plastic parts for soldering products in the repair sector (soldering stations, soldering irons, tips, filtration devices, etc.)
Definition and execution of tests, trials and validations (component, assembly and system tests)
Maintenance of material master data, drawings, bills of materials and technical changes in SAP
Support in release processes, change management (ECR/ECN), test plans and documentation.
Development and implementation of manufacturing test plans for mechanical subassemblies
Collaboration with the product management team in translating product design features into technical requirements and specifications
Coordination of technical requirements and specifications with external development partners and suppliers
