Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Denver, CO 80219 Schedule: 8AM – 5PM, M-F NOVA Automation is seeking a skilled, energetic, and reliable candidate to fill the position of Mechanical Design Engineer. You need to be passionate for designing our robotic automation and packaging systems. This role is at the forefront of developing our automation products. You can perform drawing releases to production and provide support with engineering layouts to our Engineering team and our customers. You can use SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM and have experience using both software's. You can produce specifications for products and chooses raw materials and components to be used in production. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate with the Quality Department, Electrical Department, Sales Department, Assembly and Fabrication Department, and Customers. Collaboration with other engineers and provide feedback to production floor employees and improving drawings as needed. Can work in an R&D and flexible environment that is fast paced and can focus releasing drawings sets to production quickly and adapting to new ideas. You can develop equipment layout designs for existing and potential customers. You follow company policies regarding safety and conduct. To be considered you will need: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Experience: 6+ years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Skills, Software’s & Hardware: 3+ years’ experience of SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM.
