Job Description Design and review PHE and fire protection systems for building projects Prepare design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Perform hydraulic and flow calculations Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, and relevant codes Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP teams Key Skills: PHE and Fire Fighting Design Hydraulic Calculations & Pump Sizing Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, and IS Standards Coordination & Technical Documentation Qualifications Experience Required: 10–15 Years Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Additional Information Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit MEP. Understanding of plumbing and firefighting system design principles. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NBC, IS, and basic knowledge of NFPA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
