• From initial concept to product launch – you translate ideas and customer requirements into robust, industrial solutions that make a difference on the production floor.You work closely with colleagues from Innovation, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Management, and Service, forming the technical linchpin in a multidisciplinary team. Your designs are not only smart and efficient but also easy to clean, low-maintenance, and future-proof.🧠 What are you going to doDesigning and developing innovative systems and modules.
• Converting creative concepts into concrete, feasible designs.
• Realizing the requested functionality, paying attention to, among other things: cleanability aspects, reliability, production techniques, safety, sustainability, and cost price.
• Collaborating with experts from various disciplines (Innovation, production, assembly, sales, and service) to realize innovative solutions.
• Contribute to (pre-)prototypes, 0-series, testing, and product introductions.
• Creating and documenting your designs and constructing in a 3D CAD package (Creo).
• Ensuring the delivery of the documentation package incorporating all engineering aspects and the transfer of knowledge within the organization.
