• Body in white (BIW) background
• CAD (AutoCAD / Inventor) usage other packages considered
• Engineering background
• Technical knowledge - automation, robotics (FANUC, ABB, KUKA), controls (Siemens)
• Understanding of robot integration
• Cycle time
• Able to advise on the ‘best’ solution
• Industry 4.0 understanding

• Costing ability
• Customer facing experience, as a technical expert
