QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related relevant studies
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development and detailed design
• Knowledge of wind turbines, electrical components, and heavy lifting/transportation equipment
• Good understanding of Structural Mechanics
• Proficiency in mechanical design and specification adhering to relevant international standards
• Hands-on experience in 3D modeling and 2D drafting, preferably utilizing CREO/PDMlink, along with project execution proficiency through ERP/ECM systems
• Demonstrated experience in electromechanical design and compliance with relevant international standards

• Guide the design and development of tools and equipment for wind turbine transportation, installation, and maintenance
• Collaborate on various initiatives such as Design Improvements, Module Projects, Service Repowering, Design Maintenance, and Cost Outs to enhance quality and reduce costs
• Drive cost reduction and quality improvement by implementing standardization, modularization, and process efficiency enhancements
• Generate comprehensive technical design documentation, including 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, technical construction files, HSE risk assessments, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Verification procedures/reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislations
• Coordinate and deliver Business Support tasks, overseeing the completion of work packages with a focus on project execution through SAP/ERP/PDM ECM systems
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with interface owners across the value chain to ensure seamless integration
• Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution, delivering technical solutions that meet quality targets
