MECHANICAL DESIGNER – SOLIDWORKS

Location: Shaughnessy, AB | Full-Time | M-F 7:00am-4:30pm
JPR Industries Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Drafter with strong SolidWorks skills to design and draft mechanical products, including material handling and grain handling equipment. You’ll work closely with our designers, field crews, and fabrication shop to turn concepts into high-quality, functional builds. This is a high level position that is an integral part of JPR Industries Inc.

Responsibilities

Create accurate CAD models/drawings in SolidWorks (sheet-metal experience required).
Create supporting documentation for sales staff and customers.
Determine specifications needed for equipment to align with customer requirements.
Collaborate with fabrication and field teams to refine designs.
Adapt quickly to evolving projects in a fast-paced environment.
