OUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to exponential growth, NEPEAN Longwall is currently seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our team. This opportunity is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Mackay, QLD.

• Creating component and assembly models based on technical specifications (Autodesk Inventor)
• Provide practical and engineered design solutions in consultations with lead engineers.
• Deliver designs according to required timeframes and in line with company procedures, regulations and client standards.
• Liaison with all internal and external customers concerning drafting/engineering solutions.
• Involvement from concept to install, including exposure to in-house fabrication workshop.
• Demonstrate a high standard of personal safety and safe design practices.
