THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. The Mechanical Designer will work directly with Mechanical Design Lead and Design teams to ensure projects are met on budget. The incumbent will work with the management and department personnel to deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

• Perform engineering calculations for materials strength, speeds, and force related to designs
• Develop equipment drawings and bills of materials using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Analyze designs for compliance with standards like OSHA and CE
• Reverse engineer components using precision measurement tools
• Communicate design changes and task progress with team leads and management
