JPK Engineering, LLC, is looking for a mechanical drafting/Revit technician to join our Fargo-based team!
We are a mechanical engineering firm specializing in commercial HVAC and plumbing design. Our facility and systems projects range from healthcare to industrial and everything in between. Our markets span the continental U.S. providing a broad range of market exposures and unique challenges. Our goal: to provide clients with fully functional and sustainable designs and help bring them to reality.
This is a full-time, hourly position with wage dependent upon experience. THIS ROLE WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH OUR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS AND MODELING DEPARTMENT TO:

• Learn design aspects for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Set up, lay out and prepare technical drawings based on proposed engineered sketches
• Prepare printed plans and specifications
• Monitor and track changes during the design process
• With advancing skill set, perform project management, system and equipment selection and equipment schedules

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE:

• An Associate’s degree in drafting technology or related field (preferred but not required)
• Proficient skills with current versions Revit and AutoCAD
• Independent decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills

  Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
