Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC shop drawings, drainage shop drawings, water supply shop drawings, and H/L MEP coordination drawings. Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and able to work quickly and accurately under deadlines, with proven experience in building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and develop HVAC shop drawings, drainage shop drawings, and water supply shop drawings as per project requirements.
* Create and update H/L MEP coordination drawings to ensure clash-free design.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines for design accuracy.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
* Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and consultants.
* Maintain drawing records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in building projects.
* Strong expertise in AutoCAD(fast and accurate drafting skills).
* Knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and best practices.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
