EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in drafting.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma in Mechanical or Equivalent
· Shall be familiar with HVAC and Plumbing services and different types of equipment/materials used in industries
· Familiar with local municipality and authority rules and requirements
· Competent enough to develop the drawing in a minimum time
· Well versed with latest software in CADD/REVIT
· MEP Co-ordination
· Candidate having knowledge on design (duct sizing, pipe sizing, Air Distribution, Air outlet selection) will have added advantage

· Able to prepare shop drawings for Mechanical and plumbing services including but not limited to chilled water piping, ducting, VRF system, Equipments, drainage system, water supply.
· Quantity take off and making BOQ
· Visiting site on a regular basis and preparing as built drawings
· Shall check consultant IFC drawings and comments from consultant on approved drawings and inform project manager in case of any discrepancies
· Assist Engineer to raise RFI
Co-ordinating other MEP services, identifying clashes and propose modification on services to project engineer
