Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction Manager, Ho Chi Minh Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The project: This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Lead the delivery of MEP construction activities, ensuring full compliance with Mace processes, standards, and governance. Oversee programme performance, identifying risks, blockers, and coordination gaps to maintain schedule certainty. Drive quality assurance, ensuring high‑quality installations and adherence to agreed procedures. Manage stakeholder coordination, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Implement delivery, logistics, and commissioning strategies in line with Mace requirements. Support project close‑out, risk mitigation, and carbon‑reduction goals across all delivery phases. You’ll need to have: Over 15 years’ C&S experience, delivering complex projects with robust safety, programme and stakeholder management. Strong technical capability in building services, commissioning, planning and quality assurance, supported by clear and confident English communication. Formally trained engineer with Class 1 Supervision Certificate and relevant professional accreditations. Collaborative, analytical and adaptable, consistently driving high standards and alignment with project and business goal’s.
