The project: This is a complex, large scale, production facility project that includes warehouse, office, and staff amenities working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Support the project team in coordinating and delivering MEP design, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers to maintain seamless technical and delivery interfaces. Collaborate with clients, designers, and construction teams to resolve issues and drive progress. Contribute to risk identification and implementation of effective mitigation strategies. Help integrate modern construction methods, digital tools, and prefabrication solutions. Uphold Mace standards and project sustainability goals, supporting the transition to net‑zero carbon. You’ll need to have: Developing knowledge of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and modern methods of construction. Growing understanding of commercial, planning, quality, and health and safety requirements. Working towards relevant apprenticeship and technical qualifications (BTEC/HNC) with required CSCS card. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
