• Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
• Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
• Provide the M&E schedule to tie with the Master Schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works.
• Coordinate for RI(M&E) Inspection and TOP.
• Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs and authorities on M&E matters.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
• Produce the coordinated services drawings (CSD).
