Client: MNC / Mega Building LTA Project
Location: Central Area
Salary: $5K - $6K Negotiable, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or with equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (Preferred in Health Care Building / Hospital projects).
• Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
• Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.

• Assist M&E Coordinator to supervise site work
• Monitor and control the progress of the M&E works based on the schedule.
• Check on quality of material and workmanship
• To arrange with consultant for site inspection
• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
